Tadween

Terms of service

Version of 19 October 2026 · in force

A working draft, to be replaced by lawyer-reviewed wording. When it is, you'll be asked to read and accept the new version.

Who this is between

These terms are an agreement between Tadween and the gym (or gym group) that signs up, represented by the admin who accepts them. People the gym invites use Tadween on the gym's behalf.

The service

Tadween is a lead and sales tracking tool for gym sales teams. We keep it available and secure, fix faults, and tell admins in advance about changes that affect how they work.

Your data

The gym owns everything it puts into Tadween: its leads, customers, sales and staff records. We process it only to provide the service, as set out in the data processing agreement, which forms part of these terms.

An admin can download the gym's data at any time. When a gym leaves, its data is deleted as the data processing agreement says.

Acceptable use

  • Only add people and data you're allowed to under the law that applies to you, including customers' consent to be contacted.
  • Keep sign-in details to yourselves, and remove people who leave.
  • Don't try to reach other gyms' data, break the service's security, or overload it.

Fees, suspension and ending

Fees and plans are agreed separately. We may suspend a gym that breaks these terms or doesn't pay, after telling its admins. Either side can end the agreement; the gym can download its data first.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before a claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Changes are published here with a new date; a material change is shown to admins, who are asked to accept it.
