Privacy policy

Version of 19 October 2026 · in force

A working draft, to be replaced by lawyer-reviewed wording. When it is, you'll be asked to read and accept the new version.

What this covers

This policy is for people who use Tadween at work: gym staff, managers and admins. It says what Tadween does with your own personal data. Customers' data (leads) belongs to the gym, which decides how it's used; we process it for the gym.

What we keep about you

  • Your name, email address and, if you add them, your mobile number, job title and employee ID.
  • Your role and team at your gym, and the targets set for you.
  • Sign-in records: when you signed in, from which address, and two-step sign-in if you turn it on (your password is stored only as a secure hash).
  • What you change in Tadween, in your gym's audit log.
  • Your choices on this device, such as light or dark mode and panel widths.

Why

To let you sign in and work, to keep the service secure, and so your gym's managers and admins can see the team's work. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Your gym's managers and admins, as the app shows them; and our subprocessors, only to run the service (see the subprocessors list).

How long

While you're a member of the gym, and as long as the gym keeps its records after that. Sign-in sessions end after 14 days; notifications are kept 60 days.

Your rights

You can see and correct your details on My profile, and ask your gym's admin (or us) for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, as the UAE Personal Data Protection Law allows.
