Tadween
Accessibility
We want everyone at a gym to be able to use Tadween, whatever device, settings or assistive technology they use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we do
- Every main screen is checked automatically with axe on each change, in light and dark mode, on a desktop and a phone; a serious problem stops the release.
- Everything works by keyboard: menus, dialogs, the calendar, appointment times and the panels you can resize. A “Skip to main content” link comes first.
- Your gym's colours are adjusted so text in them stays readable (at least 4.5:1) on every background, in light and dark mode.
- Pages follow your system's reduced-motion setting, and work at 200% zoom and on narrow phones.
- Status messages are announced to screen readers.
Known gaps
The automated checks can't catch everything. A hands-on review with a screen reader (VoiceOver on Mac and iPhone) of the main tasks is still to come. If you find something that's hard to use, we want to know.
Tell us
Signed in, use Help → Contact support; otherwise ask your gym's admin to pass it on. We reply within two working days.
